Mission Statement

“At Tribe Barre Studio we are building a tribe of women who love and empower one another. Providing a high energy, 1 hour workout that uses isometric movements at a ballet barre to burn, shake, and sculpt a long lean dancers physique. Listen to the music, let go, breathe, support your tribe, love yourself and your life will become electric.”

A Tribe Story

Tribe Barre Studio was created by Kaela Wilson, a former competitive cheerleader, yoga enthusiast, and Barre fitness instructor and her husband Chase, a sales and marketing pro. Kaela has been obsessed with Barre fitness ever since she discovered its life changing results in 2013. Growing up she was involved in competition cheer and missed the tribe atmosphere as well as a workout that would provide her with toned muscles and flexibility.  She quickly saw results after taking her first Barre class and loved being surrounded by a group of women who support one another.  After a year she became an instructor.  She spent three years studying form and perfecting methods. Her unreasonable attention to detail and insatiable drive to deliver an amazing workout every time is second to none.  Passionate about barre, fun, community, music, love, and living life to the fullest, The Tribe was born.
